The Zanno’Z opportunity provides… COMPREHENSIVE STORE OPENING ASSISTANCE * Our extensive Pre-Opening Manual covers all of the information in steps of how to open a new Zanno’Z, thereby guiding you toward a successful Grand Opening for your store. A team of seasoned restaurant professionals provides assistance with site evaluation, lease negotiation, marketing and advertising support and training. * Customized floor plans for decor and equipment placement and specifications are provided as part of our pre-opening support. * Training in our unique One-on-One Success Development Program is performed over a four week period in a Zanno’z store. * On-site assistance is provided during the intial week your store is open. ON GOING SUCCESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT * Zanno’Z has a support line to help you with any questions you may have. We encourage the use of our support line to take full advantage of our expertise. Our success development support staff consults with our franchisees regularly, they provide guidance in the areas of operations, marketing, food preparation techniques and cost control management. * We negotiate national purchase contracts with approved suppliers for food, equipment and other services which offer you the benefit of lower costs. * All vendor rebates taken as income by many franchisors are used to offset the product cost to the franchisee.
