 I, Joseph Trapuzzano, a native Philadelphian/South Jersey boy, would like to take the time to personally thank you and at the same time congratulate you for what virtually could be one of the most important decisions in your life - making a commitment to yourself to achieve success on your purchase of a franchise with Zanno’Z™. He grew up in the family restaurant businesses slinging cheesesteaks since he could reach the grill, with over 41 years experience his background includes: 1988 T.J.’s Hoagie Factory and Pizzeria, owner, Perkasie, PA, in 1986 Broadway Pizza and Steaks Brooklawn, NJ. In the past six years Joe owned and operated, with great success, two Famous Philly’s Beef & Beer Family Sports Pubs, featuring his Famous Philly’s cheesesteak concept. Out of this came ZANNO’Z Famous Philly’s Cheesesteak Grill, where he plans to take his cheesesteak concept to a new national level. He calls the cheesesteak, “the greatest all American sandwich ever made.” The sample restaurant was built in Port Orange, Florida. There is one thing Joseph wants to be known for and that is Cheesesteaks. History has attached the name “Zano’s” to Joe (let’s go get a cheesesteak over at Zano’s Place) which is Zano’s short for Trapuzzano, so the name stuck and with a slight alteration “Zanno’Z” was born. Joe’s motto is “Our food is so fresh…it’s tomorrow’s!”® |
